Yoga for Equestrians- the fusion of my two greatest passions- horses and yoga!

I have been around horses all of my life- from riding my pony in Pony Club as a small child to

competing extensively in showjumping. Horses are our greatest spiritual guide- and we can learn so much from them.

I currently own two competition horses and a miniature rescue Shetland pony- who are my world!

I have personally found the effects of yoga on my and my horses performance in the arena to be nothing short of outstanding. I want to share this gift with you and let you feel the difference yourself that yoga can make to not only your riding but also to that of your horse- whether you are a happy hacker or a 4* star eventer- yoga will make a difference.
