Yoga for Golf is a specially tailored, sport-specific, functional yoga course for all golfers from seasoned pros to beginners. Designed for all levels, for men and women. This is a 6 week beginners introductory course, of 2x yoga sessions per week at 30 mins per session. Delivered via online video to your inbox to complete in your own time.
